Summary of Position:
Degree Wellness Studio is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to lead our community events and elevate our brand presence in the local area. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, planning and managing all studio events, and representing our brand through community networking. In addition, this position will support social media efforts by following our brand guidelines, posting locally, and engaging with our online community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through advertising, networking, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Plan and execute all studio events—including wellness events, corporate sessions, and group experiences—from start to finish. This includes coordinating staff, equipment, timelines, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Support social media marketing by responding to messages in a timely manner, posting within Degree Wellness Studio’s brand framework, and engaging with local businesses and community organizations online.
Skills & Requirements
- 3 years of experience in marketing and/or event management
- Social media management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence with a strong networking mindset
- Self-starter with high initiative
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
