    Requirements for the The Southlake Citizen of the Year-
    Must have:
    *Lived or worked in Southlake, Texas for at least three years
    *Cleary provide leadership excellence
    *Set positive examples and motivation for others
    *Committed a significant amount of time to a broad-range of service

    This award recognizes an individual who, through his or her unselfish commitment to the community, embodies the best characteristics of community citizenship and serves as an example to all. This award can be given for a single prestigious accomplishment, or for sustained service over several years.

    Required - Please provide examples of organizations and positions nominee has held, and any previous recognition awarded.

    ***Chamber membership is NOT required for nominations or to nominate for Southlake Citizen of the Year.

    ***Only one nomination is required to be considered. Winners are not determined by number of nominations, but rather by committee.
