    Job Title: Sales Representative/ Project Manager
    Summary:  PROCO Roofing was built on a solid foundation of leadership taking care of our people. We treat everyone with respect and dignity. Weekly in person meetings/ training, resources and managers to assist you along the way. We want every employee that represents PROCO Roofing to be highly trained and professional. We help facilitate your success. You can make a minimum of $50-$90k+ with our program, depending on your efforts!
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for visiting residential neighborhoods for outside door-to-door sales.
    • Prospect and contact potential customers.
    • Complete roof inspections.
    • Prepare detailed job estimate package which includes a written description of the job.  To include a detailed roof map, photographs, measurements, the location of damage and other pertinent information necessary to develop an accurate cost estimate.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Continuously keep customers aware of latest updates, scheduling, appointments, changes, etc.
    • Present sales material to to customers.
    • Prepare Service Agreements and discuss the job details with each client.
    • Familiarity with latest roofing systems and technology through OJT and classroom training.
    Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and time management skills.
    • Ability to accept rejection; ability to be persistent and positive.
    • Self-motivated and driven.
    • Ability to build a good rapport and trust with clients.
    • Strong negotiation skills and excellent closing skills.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, construction, home service trades or a similar job field is preferred; but not required.
    • Must be willing to conduct business in residential areas by knocking on doors.
    • Physically capable of climbing ladders and conducting roof inspections; in a variety of weather conditions.
    • Ability to lift/ carry up to 60 pounds.
    • Must have Reliable Transportation.
    • Must have a cell phone or tablet.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid Driver’s License & Social Security card.
    • Able to conduct/pass a background pre-check.
