    Britt Fair was born and raised in the DFW area. He received his BA from Princeton University in 1993 and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. He worked in commercial banking with Chase as well as in turnaround consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers before co-founding his own data mining consulting company in 2002. He sold his ownership stake to begin his title career at Hexter-Fair in 2003. He now serves as President of the company. Mr. Fair is married and has three children.
