"Dealing with Difficult People
... and creating productivity for your business!"
Difficult people can ruin your day. A word, a look, (or, more likely, a tirade!)… sometimes they just know how to push your button and turn the whole day into a frowny face! These ‘difficult’ people can be co-workers, bosses, customers, neighbors, even a family members! You want to change them, but that just isn’t going to happen!
However, you CAN change the way you respond to them.
On October 10, Dr. Kweethai Neil, clinical hypnotherapist and Chief Catalyst for
Change with iHealth Center of Integrated Wellness, will help us:
-Identify the profile of a difficult person
-Define healthy boundaries
-Learn to use assertive techniques in positive communication
Clearing out the clutter of your mind, Dr. Kweethai will teach us techniques and
exercises to help us defuse that next stressful situation that walks into your
office!
