They are looking forward to meeting their ideal match soon as they await the arrival of their newborn any day now! Their family is also home to a spirited hypoallergenic giant Schnauzer. It is essential that their ideal match is comfortable around dogs! They are looking forward to welcoming someone who is flexible, organized, and active, as well as up-to-date on all vaccines, including TB, TDAP, Covid, Covid Booster, and the flu vaccine. 

Mom is also experiencing a few health concerns as she prepares to deliver. Their ideal match must also be up-to-date with all vaccinations but also be cautious and mindful during COVID and flu season. During the initial in-person interview and working trial, their ideal candidate should be comfortable wearing a mask. Their children, including Dad, are fully vaccinated. As a result of Mom's health conditions, she has not been able to get her flu or COVID vaccination. She takes extreme precautions to ensure her safety. Dad escorts mom to doctor appointments during the week. Their ideal match can jump in wherever needed and be comfortable managing all children at once. Someone with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility is required. 

School pick-up assistance is sometimes required for their oldest son. A family car is provided. Their oldest son attends school from 7:40 am to 2:52 pm. On his way to work, Dad drops him off.

Our family is looking for a top-tier nanny capable of handling all childcare-related tasks. The following tasks are included but are not limited to doing the children's laundry, cleaning up their play areas, and ensuring that their meals are cleaned up afterward. Along with general tidiness, they are looking for someone to assist with the children's dinner preparations. Incorporating fruits and vegetables and making their kids' favorite simple meals, they keep it simple. A candidate who loves cooking and has some creative ideas is a plus! It would be a plus if the candidate enjoys organizing and maintaining an organized household. 

Another plus is if candidates can include an educational component for their younger children. As a result of the mom's health concerns, their 4.5-year-old is not enrolled in preschool at this time. Having experience with kindergarten prep is a plus! A creative, fun and engaged nanny is a must. Being able to provide tips and tools for art ideas, outdoor play, and knowing when the kids need some downtime.

Our family is open to someone coming in and setting up new routines and structures. It is important for them to hear new ideas and creative ways of approaching situations.
