They serve as the driving force behind student engagement\, professional development activities\, technical competitions\, community outreach\, and peer mentorship programs throughout the year.\n\nFor employers and sponsors\, this event provides a unique opportunity to gain early access to the next generation of engineering talent before they enter the workforce.
