Sales Tax

Southlake’s sales tax rate is 8.25%. In addition to the 6.25% state sales tax, Southlake generates 2% on sales tax which is distributed as below:

• 1% goes to General Funds
• ½% goes to CCPD (Crime Control & Prevention District)
• ½% goes to SPDC (Southlake Parks Development Corp.)

Property Tax

Southlake has a property tax of $0.462 paid on every $100 of property value.

Income Tax

The State of Texas does not have an income tax.
