Dear Carroll Senior High School Senior:

The Southlake Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it will once again award two $1,000 scholarships to two Carroll Senior High School graduating seniors.  These scholarship funds are awarded to aid graduates in their pursuit of higher education.

The criteria are based on the student’s academic accomplishments (30%), extracurricular activities (20%), and essay portion (50%).  Additionally, they are only available to qualifying Carroll Senior High School graduates who enroll in an accredited college or university for the fall semester of the current year.

The Chamber’s scholarship task force will review each qualifying application within a few days after the application deadline.  Scholarship recipients will be announced at the awards assembly in May.

To apply:

1. Complete the scholarship application which follows, by completing the form
2. This must be completed by May 11, 2009
3. IMPORTANT - Incomplete or  unintelligible scholarship applications will not be processed
4. You may also print the form, complete it and deliver to the Chamber office
